TERMS & CONDITIONS DISC GOLF COLLECTION EUROPE AB - B2B


Order confirmation

By completing the purchase, you also agree to these terms of purchase, whereby a binding B2B agreement between seller and buyer arises and an order confirmation is sent out automatic to your email address. When the order is approved, an invoice in PDF file is automatically sent by email with information about the order and the invoice, this must be paid before the delivery is sent out. 

Disc Golf Collection Europe AB reserves itself from the delivery of specific goods in cases where the stock balance was incorrect at the time of the customer's order and primarily replaces these with a different weight and/or color. Should these products not be able to be replaced, they will be credited and a credit invoice will be sent out via email. No backorder processing available. Please come back with a new order.


Prices and order amounts

Product prices are stated excluding VAT. MSRPs listed are suggested retail prices inclusive VAT. Shipping cost on order will be added to the invoice.

Minimum order amount of Discs is set to 32 discs.

MVP/Axiom/Streamline has a minimum order quantity of 32 discs.

Disc Golf Collection Europe AB reserves itself for possible price and printing errors.


Payment

The invoice is sent via email automatically to the email address that is registered in our system as the email address for the invoice. This must be paid before the delivery is sent out, unless otherwise agreed. Remarks on the invoice must be made no later than eight days from the date of issue of the invoice. When making a payment, always state the invoice number as a reference when paying.

 

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. During high season 3-5 business days after payment is registered in our bank account.

Delivery takes place with the shipping company that has an agreement with Disc Golf Collection Europe AB at the given time. With their services, deliveries are made to receiving companies on weekdays between 08.00 and 16.00. If you as the recipient are not on site, the goods are notified, you must contact the shipping company to book a new delivery. Additional costs for notification and extra delivery are charged on the next order according to the current rate.

Smaller orders deliveries to the pickup point are notified of the recipient's mobile number when the goods are available for collection at the nearest pickup point. The goods remain at the pickup point for at least 7 days for collection, after which they are sent back. 

Unclaimed goods that are returned are charged with shipping + return shipping + an administrative fee of €50.

You always receive shipping information when the delivery is booked with the carrier.

In the event of an error in delivery, e.g. that an item is missing or that the wrong item has been delivered, this must be reported to support@dgceurope.com within 5 days of receipt of delivery for credit.


Right of withdrawal / Complaint

Disc Golf Collection Europe AB does not apply right of withdrawal or open purchase. However, you have the right to complain about goods that have been damaged during shipping. It is your task to check the goods upon receipt, if it is damaged you report this to the forwarder you had the package delivered with, no later than 3 days after receipt. Also send an email with pictures of the goods to support@dgceurope.com and we will handle the matter.


Force majeure

Disc Golf Collection Europe AB releases itself from the obligation to fulfill its part of the agreement and from the obligation to pay damages if Disc Golf Collection Europe AB's obligations cannot be fulfilled at all or only at an abnormally high cost due to war, riots, blockades, fires, explosions, virus pandemic or interventions/decisions from public authorities that Disc Golf Collection Europe AB could not foresee. Disc Golf Collection Europe AB is not responsible for damage that is due to law, authority action, war event, strike, blockade, boycott, lockout or other similar circumstance. The reservation regarding strikes, blockades, boycotts and lockouts applies even if Disc Golf Collection Europe AB is subject to or itself takes such conflict measures.


Dispute

In the event of a dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board in Sweden (ARN).
